Who can use FamSpots

You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create. By creating an account you confirm that. Kids do not get their own accounts.

What FamSpots does

FamSpots suggests nearby kid-friendly places using Google's Places API and writes short, factor-grounded rationales. Suggestions are informational only — you are responsible for verifying that any place is safe, open, and appropriate for your family before going.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service or exceed reasonable usage caps.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
• Don't use FamSpots to harass, stalk, or harm anyone.
• Don't upload other people's personal information.

No warranty

FamSpots is provided "as is". We don't guarantee places will match the description, be open, or be suitable for any particular child. Use your judgment.

Closing your account

You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings at any time. We can close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll surface a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
